Fees and Payments

Orchard Hills Pre School is committed to maintaining competitive fees.
We aim to keep our fees as low as possible for our families. You will find that our daily fees compare very favourably to other centres in our local area, particularly when you consider that ours is of the highest quality that you can find.
Please speak with our office staff to discover our current daily rate.
Child Care Benefit
Most Australian families will be eligible to receive some Child Care Benefits (CCB), whereby the Government subsidise your daily child care fees. To find out if you are eligible you must first register with the Family Assistance Office. Parents who are eligible will only pay the gap fee, applicable to their individual financial circumstances.
In addition to this, the Government also provides a rebate of %50 of out-of-pocket child care expenses (called CCR). Please check with the Family Assistance Office to see if you are eligible for  either of these benefits.
Methods of Payment
Fees can be paid by
             * Direct transfer by internet
             * Cash
             * Cheque
Fees are charged for the current week plus one week in advance, and we ask that all families remain paid up to that one week in advance at all times. Late Fees are applicable under certain circumstances.
We do not require a bond to be paid upon enrolment, instead there is a non-refundable $50 holding deposit to be paid when you first enrol your child, which will secure your booking, and which is applied to your first week's fees.
You are required to pay your fees for every day that your child is enrolled, even if your child cannot attend due to sickness or other reasons.
We do not charge fees if your enrolled day falls on a Public Holiday.
Our policy requires you to provide 2 weeks notice of cancellation of a booking, and normal fees will apply for those 2 weeks.
